The Bottle Serialization Station minimizes the risks associated with the pharmaceutical logistics chain and generates the crucial input for product
tracking via serial numbers, thus meeting "E-pedigree" and "Track & Trace" requirements. All crucial product information is applied via a printing system as a 2D data matrix code on the product packaging. In the next step, it is checked whether the information is present, readable and correct. This information serves as a key for legally required quality certificates. In order to respond to the various companies packaging needs, the Bottle Serialization Station was designed in such a way that it can be easily integrated into new production lines or as an upgrade to existing ones. To this end, it provides complete functionality and user-friendliness, while simultaneously reducing the complexity of the packaging process.
